02 · HOW IT WORKS

Three steps. Zero inventory jargon required.

The analysis turns sales, stock, cost, and age into plain-English actions. You stay in control of every buying decision.

1

Export your inventory

Download a product or inventory report from your point-of-sale system. No live integration or password sharing.

2

Confirm six columns

Match your headings once. The analyzer checks for missing values and explains exactly what needs attention.

3

Work the top 10

Start with the products most likely to protect sales or release cash. Export the full action list when you’re ready.

03 · WHAT YOU GET

Answers for the buying decisions you make every week.

Not another dashboard to monitor. One focused report that tells you where to act first—and why.

Reorder before you stock out

Spot healthy sellers with less than four weeks of inventory left.

See where cash is trapped

Measure stale inventory at cost, not an inflated retail value.

Find category and vendor risk

See which groups absorb cash without producing enough margin.

Leave with ten clear actions

Get a short priority list instead of sorting hundreds of rows.

04 · THE RIGHT FIT

Designed for a real store—not a data team.

A good fit if…
  • You run one independent retail location
  • You manage roughly 100–5,000 SKUs
  • You can export sales, on-hand, and cost data
  • You make buying decisions in spreadsheets or by instinct
Probably not for you if…
  • You need live, multi-location inventory syncing
  • You already use advanced demand forecasting
  • You need purchase orders sent automatically
  • Your export does not include unit cost
Private by design

Your inventory file stays in your browser.

The planned product analyzes your export locally. No account, no cloud storage, and no access to your point-of-sale system.

05 · QUESTIONS

Before you export anything.

What file will I need?

A CSV export with product name or SKU, units sold, quantity on hand, unit cost, and ideally the last-received date. The setup guide will show where to find each field.

Does it change my inventory?

No. The analyzer reads a copy of your export and produces recommendations. It does not connect to or modify your POS.

How are the actions decided?

Recommendations combine sales velocity, weeks of stock, item age, cost, sell-through, and gross-margin return. Every action includes a plain-English reason so you can override it.

Is this finished software?

Not yet. This page demonstrates the proposed founder beta using fictional data. The first paid retailers will help validate file formats and the usefulness of the recommendations.
